Self- Care begins from within and creating a healthy VISION for where we’re headed is certainly a part of a discovering our true purpose and potential for success. Otherwise, we’ll wander thru life aimlessly and often times, stay stuck in the midst of our current circumstances!
This was our focus at this year’s session with the young ladies from Educate Tomorrow. We established a “safe zone” for sharing freely and then dreaming BIG with a Fun Vision Board project. We followed up with a discussion on skin care, and (age appropriate) makeup looks for their upcoming professional summer job paid internship program. Last part to this years session was a demonstration “how to” create that clean, polished makeup look!!
