About Our Girls

Rory Lee is the Founder of Our Girls Enrichment Program, as well as the CEO and Lead Makeup Artist of MakeupByRory, Inc. As an international makeup artist, Rory quickly garnered a reputation for her creativity and having a knack for working with diverse clientele in multi ethnic environments. Rory’s work can be seen on TV & film, commercials, fashion & entertainment, music videos, sports and print. Rory’s multi-faceted production work experience has served TV networks such as: ABC, NBC, FOX, CNN, PBS, MTV, BET & Lifetime. She has also worked with NFL films for Super Bowl and The Miami Heat.

One of Rory’s passions is being able to help empower young women. MakeupByRory, Inc and Our Girls are recorded in Miami’s Black Archives. Actively giving back to the community, Rory is an advocate and member of The Florida Film Production Coalition, Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Business Council, ICABA Organization and Redeeming Word Church. Rory Lee is an award winner as one of Legacy’s Most Powerful and Influential Black Professionals in Business & Industry for 2015. Rory Lee received the Heart Gallery Hero Award from the Children’s Trust Miami Heart Gallery for exceptional volunteerism in the pursuit of permanent homes for children in foster care. She was also a vessel in the Miami-Dade County Black Affairs Advisory Board’s Women of Substance Exhibition.
